Terms

  • Resource - A website providing information, goods and tools for users within Counter-Strike 2 game servers. The resource includes access to game resources, updates, the ability to interact with other players.
  • Website - https://cs2.uz/ and its subdomains.
  • User - An individual with the necessary legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, who is granted the right to use the Platform within the limits established by this Agreement.
  • Platform - A term denoting both collectively and individually: the Website, software, game service and each of the Games hosted on the Website and available for use by Users, all their functionality, as well as components and elements of the Website, each software, game service and each of the Games hosted on the Website.
  • Game - An online computer game, which is a computer program, representing a set of data, commands and audiovisual displays generated by it, activated sequentially to obtain a certain result provided by the Game scenario (data and commands) by the User, without payment (activated data and commands) or after payment of a license fee (unactivated data and commands). The Game also includes game servers, game chat, store, databases and other project resources related to the Game. To enter the Game, the User reproduces a set of data and commands on their computer ('client part of the Game', if provided by the functionality), and a set of other data and commands (including unactivated) or all data and commands except the client part of the Game are hosted by the project on servers operated by it.
  • Client Part of the Game – Software required by the User to participate in the Game, which is independently installed by the User on their personal computer or other technical device of the User necessary for using the Game.
  • Account - User account that contains data about the User and provides the User with access to the Platform, information about the User, settings, game values, statistical indicators and other similar information.
  • Store – A section of the Platform where the User can purchase Goods.
  • Goods – Material things of the real world offered by the resource for purchase by Users exclusively for personal needs not related to entrepreneurial activity, the range and characteristics of which are presented in the store.
  • Subdomain — A domain that is part of a higher-level domain.
  • SteamID - A unique digital identifier of a Steam account. It can be represented in different ways, but most often a 64-bit account identifier in the form of 17 digits is used.

Subject of the Contract

  • 1.1. This offer agreement (hereinafter - "Agreement") is an official offer of the resource (hereinafter - "Resource") to an individual with the necessary legal capacity to enter into this Agreement (hereinafter - "User"), to conclude an agreement for the provision of services for access to the platform (hereinafter - "Platform"), hosted on the website www.cs2.uz and its subdomains.
  • 1.2. By accepting this Agreement and using the Platform, the User is deemed to have accepted the terms of this Agreement.
  • 1.3. The Agreement is public in accordance with Art. 426 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and is equivalent to a "verbal agreement" and has proper legal force.
  • 1.4. The moment of conclusion of this Agreement is the moment of acceptance of the terms of the Agreement by the User. Actual use of the Platform by the User, entering the Game through the Resource server or using the Platform in any other way means acceptance of the terms of the Agreement by the User and is equivalent to the conclusion of this Agreement between the User and the Resource. The Resource has the right to require the User to confirm familiarization with the terms of the Agreement by placing an appropriate mark/checkbox, or by other means not contrary to the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
  • 1.5. The Agreement is considered concluded from the moment the user enters the server, website or uses the product.
  • 1.6. In accordance with Art. 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of the public contract is the fact of the User making a payment for a donation to the Resource.
  • 1.7. By using the Resource, the User expresses their agreement with this License Agreement, and also undertakes to comply with the Rules for using the Resource.
  • 1.8. The terms of the Agreement apply to all Games and services as long as they are present on the Platform and available for use.
  • 1.9. Disputes and claims between the User and other participants of the Resource (including the Resource itself) are resolved by the Resource if the disputed issue falls within its competence. If it is impossible to settle within the Resource, the dispute is subject to resolution in the manner prescribed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
  • 1.10. The Resource Store is only an in-game system and is subject to project rules

Description of Services

  • 2.1. The Platform is a website providing information, goods and tools for users within Counter-Strike 2 game servers. The Platform includes access to game resources, updates, the ability to interact with other players, as well as other functionality provided by the Resource.
  • 2.2. All funds received from the User in favor of the Resource are voluntary donations and are not subject to refund.
  • 2.3. Donations of funds and purchase of goods in the store is only a voluntary desire of the client.
  • 2.4. The Resource is not responsible for problems with the transfer of funds related to other sites, payment systems, as well as problems arising from the side and/or fault of the user or third parties.

Service Provision Procedure

  • 3.1. Access to the Platform is provided to the User after creating an account on the website https://cs2.uz/ and its subdomains.
  • 3.2. The User undertakes to use the Platform in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, as well as the rules and regulations published on the Resource website.
  • 3.3. In case of violation of the current rules by the User, the Resource reserves the right to remove privileges from the User.

Obligations of the Parties

  • 4.1. The Resource undertakes to provide access to the Platform in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
  • 4.2. The User undertakes to use the Platform in compliance with the rules and regulations established by the Resource, and not to violate intellectual property rights, the rights of third parties and current legislation.

Payment

  • 5.1. Use of the Platform is free of charge, except for the purchase of goods in the Store described on the Platform.
  • 5.2. All privileges available on the Resource are a reward for gratuitous assistance to the Resource.

Liability of the Parties

  • 6.1. The Resource is not responsible for unintentional failures in the operation of the Platform caused by force majeure circumstances.
  • 6.2. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their account and personal information, as well as for using the Platform in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
  • 6.3. The User has the right to use the Platform and its functionality, as well as to gain access to the Game only through their account on the Steam platform (operated by Valve Corporation and/or its affiliates). The Resource does not administer such User account and does not store personal data of Users specified by them when registering on the Steam platform.
  • 6.4. Access to the User's Account is carried out by specifying the login and password of the account on the Steam platform. The "login-password" combination is a simple electronic signature key and allows actions performed by the User to be considered as performed by them personally.
  • 6.5. Ignorance of the terms of the offer agreement or project rules does not exempt the user from liability and penalties.
  • 6.6. In case of changing the IP address of game servers, all goods purchased by the user are transferred from the previous server to the new one in full and possibly with compensation for damages.
  • 6.7. Before purchasing a product, the user must familiarize themselves with its capabilities in the store. If there is no such information, it is necessary to find out from the project owner what this product represents and what capabilities it provides.
  • 6.8. In case of loss of the User's account, receiving a VAC ban or transferring the User's account to third parties, the Resource is not responsible for services and does not refund goods or donated funds.
  • 6.9. The Resource has the full right to deprive the User of the purchased privilege if the User is disrespectful to the Resource, does not comply with the Resource rules and ignores warnings.
  • 6.10. The User undertakes to comply with the presented offer agreement when donating funds to replenish the balance in the personal account.
  • 6.11. The Resource guarantees the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with applicable law.
  • 6.12. At the request of the user, they can stop the storage and processing of all their personal data by writing a written request to delete the profile.
  • 6.13. In the absence of activity for more than 1 calendar year from the User, or upon receiving any type of blocking on the Resource and/or on the Steam platform, the Resource reserves the right to permanently delete all User data (Personal statistics, active services, personal account, etc.).

Other Conditions

  • 7.1. This Agreement enters into force from the moment of acceptance by the User and is valid until its termination in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
  • 7.2. All disputes and disagreements arising between the parties during the execution of this Agreement are resolved through negotiations.
  • 7.3. All privileges are tied to the User's unique identifier (SteamID in any form) and are not subject to: further transfer from one account to another, exchange between players, change, refund, transfer to another server.
  • 7.4. In case of closure of the Resource/game server, or its transfer to another owner, all available services are canceled.
  • 7.5. By registering on this Resource, the User officially agrees to the storage and processing by the Resource of their personal data both transferred during registration and posted during further use of the Resource.
  • 7.6. This Agreement is not final. The Resource has the right to make changes to the text of this Agreement at its discretion at any time and without prior notice to the User. The current (valid) version of the Agreement is always available on the website.
  • 7.7. The User agrees and acknowledges that making changes to the Offer entails making these changes to the already concluded Agreement between the Resource and the User, and these changes to the Agreement come into force with such changes to the Offer.
