1.1 By connecting to our servers or visiting the official project website, you automatically agree to these rules and undertake to comply with them.
1.2 All funds you contribute to obtain privileges are voluntary. Purchased services and privileges are non-refundable.
1.3 If the rules are not followed, the administration reserves the right to revoke a player's privileges without explanation or compensation.
1.4 The project rules are mandatory for all players regardless of gender, nationality, or religion.
1.5 Lack of knowledge or misunderstanding of the rules does not exempt anyone from responsibility for violating them.
1.6 The administration reserves the right to request your Discord account for a detailed verification. No one other than the administration is authorized to request this. If you do not have Discord installed, you will be given additional time to install it.
1.7 The project founder and their deputies are not required to provide explanations regarding issued punishments (bans, mutes) or similar actions. All decisions are made based on a balanced assessment of the situation.
1.8 Appeals and player reports are only reviewed if submitted within 48 hours (2 days) of the infraction or punishment issued (BAN/MUTE). Otherwise, the request will be automatically denied.
1.9 These rules apply to all CS2.UZ project game servers.
2.1
The use or possession of cheats (WH, AIM, BHOP, and others) that provide an advantage over other players is prohibited.

The use of any game bugs or exploits (Bug Abuse) is prohibited.

2.4
If, during an inspection, evidence is found of modified game files or attempts to hide, clean, or delete required files, cheats, scripts, or other programs intended to gain an unfair advantage.

Delaying the inspection process, attempting to deceive the administrator, or performing similar actions is prohibited.

3.1
Unprovoked toxicity, targeted harassment, and excessive profanity are strictly prohibited. Minor trash talk and common gaming banter (e.g., bot, noob, idiot, rat, clown, etc.) are not subject to punishment.

3.2
Discussion of politics, political topics related to military actions, inciting ethnic hatred, and nationalism are prohibited.

3.3
Insulting or negatively referring to relatives, the project Founder, the administration, women, the project itself, or its players (including through nicknames and weapon names) is prohibited.

Provoking other players to violate the rules is prohibited.

4.1
Spamming and playing meaningless sounds in the server's voice or text chat are prohibited.

Playing music in voice chat or using a poorly configured or malfunctioning microphone is prohibited.

4.3
Spamming using Caps Lock (all capital letters) is prohibited.

5.1
Imitating or copying administration nicknames, as well as impersonating an administrator in text or voice chat, is prohibited.

Advertising third-party servers, websites, services, or any other resources unrelated to this project is prohibited. Promotional tags are also covered by this rule.

7.1
If you are not a member of the administration, it is prohibited to instruct, criticize, or discuss an administrator's actions on the server.

Ignoring the project administration is prohibited. If you did not see or hear a message, or muted everyone, it is your responsibility.

Interfering with normal gameplay is prohibited (for example, intentionally shooting teammates, throwing grenades at their feet, blocking passages, or deliberately disrupting their shooting).

Deceiving or misleading project players is prohibited (for example, selling privileges, using phishing links, or offering suspicious deals).

Mentioning or promoting narcotic substances or any other topics prohibited by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan is prohibited.

Report spam is prohibited. During a single match, you may submit no more than three reports against the same player.

Creating new accounts to evade punishments (multi-accounting) is prohibited. Such actions are considered a violation of the project rules.

An administrator must know all project rules.

An administrator must explain the reason for a ban, mute, or kick only to the player who received the punishment. (Exception: the Project Founder and their deputies.)

Issuing bans or mutes that do not comply with the project rules (for example, with an incorrect duration or reason) is prohibited.

Failing to perform administrator duties is prohibited. Administrators must punish rule breakers, inspect players for cheats, and carry out their other responsibilities.

An administrator is required to be active on the server for at least 1 hour per day (exceptions may apply).
